Andrew O`Brian

President & CEO
Mr. O’Brian has 25 years of experience managing complex aviation projects, as a resourceful and visionary aviation executive managing end-toend projects across multiple jurisdictions. Andrew O’Brian is currently the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Centerline Airport Partners (CAP). Prior to Centerline, Andrew was CEO of Reach Airports, responsible for the transformation of JFK International Airport in New York City through the New Terminal One (NTO) project, along with leadership from the Carlyle Group and Munich Airports International.
Prior to joining Reach Airports in Washington DC, Andrew was part of a global team of lenders, investors, developers, and engineers that financed, built (EPC), and operated (DFBOT) a brand new greenfield international airport in the city of Quito. The airport now provides 32,000 full-time jobs in the community and has a significant economic impact on the city and the country.
Under his leadership, the airport project has received a dozen industry and passenger awards, including consecutive honors as South America’s Leading Airport from World Travel Awards. In 2020, Quito International Airport earned a 5-star qualification from Skytrax, making it the first and only airport in the Americas region to earn the distinction
Previously, he was CEO of AERODOM in the Dominican Republic, where he managed six of the country’s international airports, and he was also Director of Operations at Vancouver Airport Services (VANTAGE GROUP).
From 2018 to 2021, Andrew served as Chairman and is currently the Immediate past Chair of the Airports Council International (ACI) Latin America / Caribbean Regional Board. Andrew is also a board member of the International Association of Airport Professionals (IAAE / AAAE). He is also a member of the ACI World Governing Board and the SKYWAYS TECHNICS Board of Directors.
Mr. O’Brian holds several advanced degrees, most notably an MBA in Aviation from the John Molson School of Business in Montreal.
Carlos Criado

Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer
Carlos has more than 42 years of experience in the aviation industry. He has held various positions – from operations to commercial, marketing, and international relations at Aena, the Spanish airport authority.
Carlos was also the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of Mexico’s Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacifico (GAP), overseeing the commercial operations of 12 airports.
Most recently, Carlos served as Business Development Director at Quiport, where he inaugurated Quito Mariscal Sucre International Airport in 2013. This was the first and is currently the only airport in the Americas to receive a 5-star rating from Skytrax for its exceptional facilities, comfort, cleanliness, shopping, food and beverage, staff service, security, and immigration.
Carlos has chaired and served on several international committees within ACI, where he has worked to develop industry best practices. ACI represents the interests of airports to governments and international organizations, develops standards and policies, recommends practices for airports, and provides information and training opportunities to raise standards worldwide.
Carlos is a sought-after speaker at international airport conferences and is considered an outstanding “guru” for aviation and commercial revenue development at international airports in the Americas region.

Greg Evans
Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc
Gregory Evans is Chairman of the Board for Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc. and a vocal and active advocate for business aviation. Mr. Evans has been with Universal since 1978 and currently serves as a member of the National Business Aviation Association’s Associate Member Advisory Council. Prior to serving as Chairman, Mr. Evans served as flight supervisor for two years and Vice President, Operations Officer for 18 years. Mr. Evans earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Marketing from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas
Adriana Hoyos
VP and Creative Director, AHC Group, FOUNDER ADRIANA HOYOS
Known for her masterpieces in interior design, Adriana Hoyos is the creative leader of the Adriana Hoyos Group (AHC Group) and luxury design brand. Her Design Studio has become a major player aviation worldwide. Since 1994, her award-winning collections and design projects have made her an icon in the world of high end residential, commercial and hospitality developments. With her reputation and expertise for envisioning spaces and creating brilliant atmospheres, she has been called upon to design FBO’s (private aviation terminals) and airport environments around the world. In 2019 she received accolades for her work in designing the 5-Star Sky Trax airport terminal in Quito Ecuador. Her leadership in creating the Quiport VIP Lounge resulted in Premier Pass awarding it the prestigious VIP Lounge of The Year. Adriana Hoyos is an expert in airport design and experience.
Eduardo Perez
President & CEO, AHC Group
Eduardo Perez co-founded ADRIANA HOYOS FURNISHINGS in 1994. He led the growth of the company to become a preeminent world-wide luxury design brand and business conglomerate (the AHC Group) with headquarters in Miami and factories, studios, offices, retail outlets and real estate in Latin America, USA, Europe and the Middle East.
He has been instrumental in developing new opportunities for the global travel industry, with an emphasis on innovating the VIP airport experience.
Benjamin Nielsen
Chief Executive Officer at Skyways Technics
Mr. Nielsen with more than 20 years of experience in the industry.
In September 2020 Mr. Nielsen purchased 100% of the shares in Skyways Technics.
Skyways Technics A/S was established in May 2012 as a continuation of the aircraft maintenance activities in the Cimber Sterling Group. Benjamin Nielsen headed the launch of Skyways Technics as well as the international development hereafter with activities in Malaysia, Dubai and the United States.
Benjamin holds an MBA in Condordia University.
