Andrew O’Brian
President & CEO

Mr. O’Brian has 25 years of experience managing complex aviation projects, as a resourceful and visionary aviation executive managing end-toend projects across multiple jurisdictions. Andrew O’Brian is currently the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Centerline Airport Partners (CAP). Prior to Centerline, Andrew was CEO of Reach Airports, responsible for the transformation of JFK International Airport in New York City through the New Terminal One (NTO) project, along with leadership from the Carlyle Group and Munich Airports International.

Prior to joining Reach Airports in Washington DC, Andrew was part of a global team of lenders, investors, developers, and engineers that financed, built (EPC), and operated (DFBOT) a brand new greenfield international airport in the city of Quito. The airport now provides 32,000 full-time jobs in the community and has a significant economic impact on the city and the country.

Under his leadership, the airport project has received a dozen industry and passenger awards, including consecutive honors as South America’s Leading Airport from World Travel Awards. In 2020, Quito International Airport earned a 5-star qualification from Skytrax, making it the first and only airport in the Americas region to earn the distinction

Previously, he was CEO of AERODOM in the Dominican Republic, where he managed six of the country’s international airports, and he was also Director of Operations at Vancouver Airport Services (VANTAGE GROUP).

From 2018 to 2021, Andrew served as Chairman and is currently the Immediate past Chair of the Airports Council International (ACI) Latin America / Caribbean Regional Board. Andrew is also a board member of the International Association of Airport Professionals (IAAE / AAAE). He is also a member of the ACI World Governing Board and the SKYWAYS TECHNICS Board of Directors.

Mr. O’Brian holds several advanced degrees, most notably an MBA in Aviation from the John Molson School of Business in Montreal.

Carlos Criado
Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer

Carlos has more than 42 years of experience in the aviation industry. He has held various positions – from operations to commercial, marketing, and international relations at Aena, the Spanish airport authority.

Carlos was also the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of Mexico’s Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacifico (GAP), overseeing the commercial operations of 12 airports.

Most recently, Carlos served as Business Development Director at Quiport, where he inaugurated Quito Mariscal Sucre International Airport in 2013. This was the first and is currently the only airport in the Americas to receive a 5-star rating from Skytrax for its exceptional facilities, comfort, cleanliness, shopping, food and beverage, staff service, security, and immigration. 

Carlos has chaired and served on several international committees within ACI, where he has worked to develop industry best practices. ACI represents the interests of airports to governments and international organizations, develops standards and policies, recommends practices for airports, and provides information and training opportunities to raise standards worldwide.

Carlos is a sought-after speaker at international airport conferences and is considered an outstanding “guru” for aviation and commercial revenue development at international airports in the Americas region.

Alfredo Pereyra

  • 25+ years of experience in airports in North America, Latin America and Europe.
  • Key management positions in airport operational and complex project execution environments.
  • Successfully leaded the financial management of the US 2.5 billion dollar expansion project in the Lima Airport expansion megaproject (operated by FRAPORT).

Prior to joining Centerline, Alfredo served as Program Manager in the Lima Airport expansion megaproject (operated by FRAPORT), where he successfully leaded the financial management of the project. During the project lifespan he also leaded several functional areas like stakeholders’ management, procurement, governance and risk management.

Mr. Pereyra also served as Country Manager in Malta where he successfully delivered the Sky Parks Business Centre, a non-aviation revenue generator operated by Malta International Airport. Among his main international projects, we can also name the ORAT at Castellon Airport in Valencia, Spain, the South Suburban Airport plan in Illinois, the Louisiana Transportation center multimodal concept in the US, and serving as owner representative for ECASA, the operator of Jose Marti International Airport in Cuba.
